A display of a water can flashes on my dash, car not hot, what is this?

If they are ok, look where you add your coolant on the reservoir. Then look around and you will see a small sensor that is attached on the side. With the car on hit a few times and see if it fixes it. Either way you need a new one. There only a few bucks
