I just started a temp job, supposed to last until mid to late april of this year. I LOVE the job but now I am in a dilemma. The temp agency has a no solicitation clause in the contract and since this was my fist temp position and had no idea that I was going to LOVE the job as well as I did, I was just in a hurry to get the job. What do I do to make them keep me and I am sure there is a penalty to hire me.
