a dating website is using my girlfriends pictures. is there anything i could do about it?

they stole her pictures and made a profile. i have tried reporting it but it is still up.
It wasnt her.. she is really upset about the whole situation.. she deleted her facebook because all 7 pictures were from there. and ive heard of it happening to other people to.
one of her friends stumbled across it the other day and told us.
