A couple questions on Indiana motorized scooter laws.?

What is the law in Indiana about motorized scooters? I am fifteen, and I have heard that for me to ride a scooter it must be 50cc or less and 2 hp or less. Is this correct?

If so, can anyone recommend a good scooter that fits with those limitations?
