A couple questions about health insurance?

I graduated a few months ago and am still looking for a stable job unfortunately. I haven't had any health insurance, but I'm looking into getting some right now. Is esurance my best bet? That's where I've seemed to have found the lowest rates, even though they are still pretty expensive. (Around $175/mo for insurance with no deductibles). By the way, I live in Colorado. I looked into getting Medicaid medical assistance temporarily until I find a steady FT job, but it seems in CO they only offer it if: you have children, you are 19 or under, disabled, or over 65. :( In NY, where I lived before, it was different.

My other questions was about deductibles. Are your required to pay them no matter what, before you start receiving benefits from the insurance company? That is why I've been looking into $0-$250 deductibles.

Also- back in June, I had an ultrasound that had shown possible PCOS, but it wasn't a confirmed diagnosis. If insurance companies see this in my medical records, are they automatically going to consider this a pre-existing condition, and I then won't be eligible to receive treatment for it once I do get insurance?

Thanks for your help!!
