Okay, so I've been dating my bf for about a year now, and have been sexually active with him for about 8 months. Recently he found out that I've been faking my orgasms. Every one. Believe me, I feel terrible about it, but it never seemed like a big deal at the time, and it always made him so happy.
Obviously he was extremely hurt by this, far worse than I imagined. Truth is, I don't really think I can orgasm. I've tried masturbating for HOURS and all I get is numb down there and a tired arm. T_T Sex feels great, amazing even, and I'm very attracted to him, but it just doesn't happen. I'm always completely satisfied, there is none of this "pent up sexual tension" that everyone says you get if you don't finish. In fact sometimes I think maybe I just can't feel it like normal women can, because on several occasions I've even "squirted".
Other times I think it's because I have such a low self esteem. I'm comfortable around him, because he always tells me how beautiful I am, but its just my personal opinion that I'm ugly. No matter how much he tells me I'm not, or how happy it makes me when he does, I'M not going to feel good about myself until I get a nose-job and am 130lbs. of pure muscle.

1) can a woman "squirt" with experiencing orgasm?

and the most important question:
4) i've hurt my boyfriend quite badly, and although he says he's forgiven me, I want to make it up to him. Is there anyway I might possibly start to make him feel better?
