A couple of questions about my honda crf 80 2007?

i have a Honda CRF 80 and its year is 2007... i know i need to shift at the right times so i was wondering how to know when its the best time to shift and if my bike has a governor and if so how to take it off. i want to know this because i was running from the cops yesterday because i didnt want to get my bike towed... so i was flying down the street when my bike wasnt going fast enough and i almost got caught if it wasnt for the end of my street were i went off into the woods... please help i dont want to get caught and i want to go sooo fast!

Try staying off the road. If you remove the governor, you'll just blow out the engine. You haven't demonstrated much intelligence so far...
