A Couple Of Questions About 3650

Just A couple of questions. Does Any One know if there is a program for the 3650 that allows you to play MP3's as ringtones similar to the N-Gage? And Also Is there a way to activate the loudspeaker all the time or just for when u answer the phone?? Any Info would help thanks
