My big brother was pulled over in New York ( upstate) for going a few extra mph's. He was taken immediatly to court for unknown reasons and and was given a harsh fine and let go. Meanwhile the coppers searched the little sports car to find a registered unloaded gun without the clip under the passenger back seat and of course it did not carry a
permit, they also found firecrackers, and he was taken to jail on a 2,000 dollar bail with a court hearing on June sometime. He got bailed but what could I expect at court. I'm worried, he was never in jail, and he is a very nice guy, and everybody likes him and jail could harden him.
