opened when I was 15? Legal? The collection agency is Torres Credit services. I told the woman that I was 15 when it was supposedly opened and that it HAS to be an error. I dont have a clue what she is refering to but i thought that a minor couldnt enter into a legally binding contract.... I told her this and she hung up on me. TWICE! I dont know what to do. Its only for 35 dollars but I shouldnt have to pay it if I didnt charge it up. Please help...
