A Clockwork Orange overload

This film was banned for 36 years, only shown in France. Now it is on british tv nearly every week.

Funnily enough when i switch it on it's always at the same part of the film. Where Alex goes to the house beaten up and the bloke in the wheelchair gets (Fred Elliot) to come over and play Beethoven until Alex jumps from the window.

It's pretty tame by today's standarRAB. On the other hand, it has dated pretty badly and is nowhere near as good as was once thought.

I have always found A Clockwork Orange more of a ballet than a film with so called ultra-violence.

In fact,I have never been able to see what the fuss was all about as it just makes me laugh when I see it.

When I think about it,Spanish cinemas showed it a lot in 1990 when I was in Barcelona.
