Why on earth is the new version of A Christmas carol opening in cinemas next Friday? Its far too early for a christmas film to be released. December 6th would be more appropriate. Most people would want to see this film in Decmeber but by then it will have been out for a month! By Christmas week it will be on its 7th week of release. Most films have finished their run by the 7th week. Is anyone seriously going to see this next weekend? I for one will wait until December and hope it gets an extended run.
