A chiped out paint on brand new car? Help! :(?

I bought new Honda Fit 2010 came home and start wiping off rain water of it - to inspect it as well. I find out that there is chipped a peace of paint on the inside of the back door. Not visible when the door are closed. Its like a 1/4 " big. What I should do? They want to fix it witch touch up paint... How big discount should I ask? Should I ask for new car? Thanks
