Where can I get a cheap computer that i can play several games, and i want to know if there is a program that i can mod and edit the video game. I dont have lots of money either, and if you say "Well just customize your own" well i cant do that i live in a town that is extremly small. some prisons have more people. And i want some game suggustions im planning on getting call duty 6 when it comes out and fallout 3.
