I have a vague memory from my childhood (late 80s-early90s) about a cartoon that had some reference to Dia de los Muertos. The only image that is clear in my mind is of a creepy man carrying a "tree" of sugar skulls and giving one to each of several children who then took bites of them. I'm not sure if it was an episode of a TV show or an animated movie, and I know this is really vague, but if anyone has any idea what this could be, I'd be really grateful!
