A car loan possability?

Ok. I am in need of a 13000 car loan that includes taxes etc etc.. I am wondering about the possibilty of me getting the loan i applied for. Ill give the details. I havent had one before more then 2000. I have a couple credit cards both paid of ontime and almost always 100dollars more than what the min payment is. Only once did i mess up on a payment. My credit score is around 690 give or take a couple. I make over 2,200 a month have like 300 a month in bills that includes rent. sound community bank which is attached to my union is the one im waiting to see about the A.OK on the loan but im nervous and wondering what my chances are in getting it. Also im around 22years of age. Also if anyone has decent advice please give it! Thank you
