Let me start out by discussing music.
First I will state a very true/opinionated....well opinion.
You may agree. You may disagree. I agree to disagree if you disagree with this statement. There will be no changing that.
ICP, and all those little "Juggulo ""Bands"" are simply not music in my vision and passion for music. I've heard their music. I couldn't be more disgusted. These clowns....dressed up, in clown make-up RAPPING about being clowns. Rapping about having aids. Rapping about crap and yet millions of kids buy into it. Why do they buy in to it? "Because it's not mainstream" says a fellow postee of one of my former blogs. I reply. HAVE YOU DONE YOUR RESEARCH?! Have you walked into a hot topic store lately? There is a flipping wall dedicated to these "juggulos" Hot topic is the most mainstream you can get!
There is a fine line that divides good music and bad music.
First is the lyrics. No passion is put into theirs. Bands like Misery Signals, For the Fallen Dreams and As I lay Dying are all really good examples of lyric goodness.
Another is their sound....ICP and all those others use some type of rap overlying some metal-ish undertones. THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. IT SOUNDS LIKE BULL SPIT! Now I do admire some hip hop and metalcore is my favorite style of music, but when you use rap with metal tones and call it HORRORCORE your simply stupid.
To those juggulos and juggulettes that waste their lives dedicating it to these headers. I have a question. Why are you such hypocrites? Why? Why do you follow this gimmick when there is so much more out there. So much better. You think you have to be different from everyone else....then you think it's cool. Thats so hypocritical. I have heard that ICP was started off christianity. That is a load of bull. Thats just another gimmick they use. Anyone can beleive in God. It's how you actually carry it.
I've done my research so until anyone can disprove those statements it lies true.
