My a/c clutch is not engaging. I have tried jumping the low pressure switch which didn't work. I tried replacing the relay which didn't work. I tried tapping the clutch while a/c on and nothing. There is power going to the low pressure switch. When I did jump the wires my engine would rev a little for about a sec or two then go back to normal idle. this also happens when i turn on a/c, and happens about every 20 seconds. Any ideas??
