A/C not working on my 2001 Chevy Cavalier.?

It blows a little bit of cold air but then it turns into warm air once I'm driving for about 15 minutes or so. Is that a Freon problem or something much worse? : (
 
Freon - related. Have a leak test done, the problem will have to be located before it can be recharged.
