I just filled my ac with more refrigerant. At the low side while the ac is on the coldest and coldest setting the pressure was about 30-35 psi. The compressor will turn on for about 2 or 3 seconds but then cuts out for another 2-3 seconds. Is this normal I thought it was supposed to be engauged the whole time.
