at first it would cut on and off,then there was a wire under the passenger side of the dashboard that you could jiggle and it would come on.about 2 weeks the heat just came on and went back off.What do you think is wrong and will it be expensive to get it fixed.When you turn on the ac or heat it is just dead no sound thanks to all in advance
