A bicycle handle bar hit the right side of the abdomen, what are the possible symptoms?

My brother was racing in a BMX track and just had the accident (tonight). About 2 hours later he had blood in his urine.
 
the only answer i can com up with is go and see a doctor asap, cos he may have ruptured the walls of his kidneys which can lead to a pus infection which in turn can turn into Acute Nephritis (Acute Glomerulonephritis).

Acute Nephritis can be cured completely, or can develop into a chronic disease which can lasts over years before a fatal termination. It is possibly that death may even come in a few days.

i accept the fact that i may be completely wrong as i am not a train medical professional, but i urge you, SEE A DOCTOR just in case...
