A Basic California DMV Driving Law Question?

Anyone know about California DMV driving laws? It's a pretty basic question. I was wondering if anyone knew about the time law for teenagers. In the handbook it saws that people driving for the first 12 months with there license can't transport or drive between 11pm-5am. So is it implied that after a year I can transport, but I don't know about the time part... I assume that I can drive at any time? Correct me if I'm wong, so my question is can i drive between 11pm-5am since I'm under 18 but have had my license for over a year?Â*
