There is a guy (we'll call him Ken) who rides at the same place I do. He rides an amazing gamer who is just bursting with energy 24/7. He is very irresponsible with this horse (he leases her) and he is out there every day galloping her and has 3 lessons every week and 2 are jumping lessons. He only has her wear sport boots occasionally and they are not good quality.
Recently he has injured her from galloping through 3 ft snow and she tripped but he kept her going and she did something to her shoulder muscles. He now rides everyone horses and is ruining all of the horses that he just tears through.
The Barn owner and his wife can't do much about it because they have known him for his entire life. The wife is very concerned and is always telling him not to push it. I don't know what to do about him.
Has anyone dealt with this or knows how to deal with this? Please Help!
