MY parents are trying to sell their house in Staten island ,ny, but they are having a hard time trying to find buyers.
The price is 450,000 willing to negotiate with that , we just finished the basement with a new bathroom , jucuzzi tub included, 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , florida room in back of house , front and rear porch , and a big backyard , really big , with a swingset , patio , and oval ,aboveground pool
all this for 480,000 , any takers???
