A 2009 Honda Civic Coupe LX stickers for $18,765, How much would I actually have to pay?

I know noone pays the MSRP when you buy a new car, and im sure alot of people bought this car, so what should i expect to pay, you dont have to include tax
Im waiting for the CARS rebate "cash for clunkers" Do you think because im using this program, they're not going to lower the MSRP?
