A 2005 Dodge grand caravan. The L blinker and the L brake light dont work....

...Lights turns the bulb on.? A 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. The left rear blinker and the left and center brake light do not work. When i turn the lights on the rear bulb does light up. The front blinker does work although it is fast due to the rear not working. I have checked the bulbs and they appear to be OK. really stumped on this one.
