J Joe B New member May 22, 2010 #1 Hi all. Going to see a 1999 Yamaha V-Star tomorrow. He has a Stage 2 jet kit on it and it said it's all 'bor-ed' out. I feel silly asking, but what does that mean? Is it going to be more powerful? Any thoughts on this bike? Please advise. Thanks!
