99 Pontiac Grand Am Overheating Still After Putting New Thermostat!?

Can someone please give me and idea on whats going on with my car. It was overheating so I got a new thermostat. Its still overheating and the heat isnt working. Its driving me nuts. The windows dont fog up, Or anything, It just blows out cold air and when you drive it for only 15min it goes all the way to hot and eventually shuts off. Its also I guess leaking antifreeze because ill put some in and it will be gone within an hour or two!! Thanks so much!!
 
Check for leaks ( hoses, radiator, freeze plugs, water pump ) any of them could be bad and dont drive it til it is fixed or you will crack your heads and you will have to replace the head and head gaskets.
