I have a '99 Mazda 626 that's been sitting on the driveway for months. Now the car won't start and there's no sound of the fuel pump running when you switch on the car. Starter and battery are fine. Also can't find the fuel pump relay from the manual so don't know which relay to check. Also not sure of there's an immobilizer on the fuel pump after the car has been sitting for a while. Fuel pump was supposed to be new , installed by a shop a year ago.
