Have had this problem for almost 2 years. It seems when the weather changes when it rains a lot or heavy humidity. Our vehicle will not stay idling or running with holding the gas pedal down. It will die when coming to a stop or have to rev it about 3,000 rpms when first started to stay running Have cleaned the EGR valve several times & after disconnecting the battery. And resetting the computer. The vehicle will run fine for another few months till it down pours rain again. Need help asap. Thank you. This is a 99 Honda Passport 2wd V6 automatic.

Hey Bckdrft7,
Have you got a hood on that passport?. If not put it back on to stop the rain from cascading down on your engine.............Check all your spark plug wires and your coil pack and distributor cap......KEEP ON DRIFTING..........
