I have a '99 Ford Taurus and it had been a pretty good car up until about 7 months ago when it seemed like everything had gone wrong!! At the moment an issue i am wondering about is my power steering. My power steering is completely out. It is very hard to turn and makes a whining sound when i turn it. The power steering fluid remains at the same level but there is always a little bit of fluid gathered on top of the cap, which i find weird. Is my power steering pump out or does the system just need flushed? Also, how much would each option cost? Thanks in advance!
