Ok, so here's the problem. My uncle came home from Vegas, NV recently due to lack of work. But last year in Sept. of '08, he bought a truck there in Las Vegas and brought it here to California... we talked about it and since he can't have a car in this state (his own drunk driving fault 20 years ago), he put the Ranger in my name. If it makes a difference, I'm 25, clean record (except for a parking ticket), no major tickets, no accidents, nothing of the sort.

But recently, we've been getting into arguments over the stupidest of sh*t. I mean seriously, he blows up for any g*dd*mn reason. Dude's got problems I guess. Anyway, my question is:

He bought the truck in Vegas for some amount of money. I'm going to say $3000. Since the vehicle is registered in MY NAME that technically makes me the rightful owner, correct, even if HE'S the one that bought and paid for it? So... if I'm the rightful owner of the truck, doesn't that mean that I could sell it if I wanted to?

It's wrong, but I'm looking for an answer to satisfy my question, not my moral background.
