99 Dodge Ram 1500 problems?

Lately my truck has been acting quite weird. There is a grinding noise coming from the engine, there is a constant squeeking from the new belts..I just had a lot of stuff replaced and the truck is worse then ever. Today antifreeze was just pouring out the bottom of the engine somewhere. Of course I turned this into a mechanic but wow...what could cause all that?

Sludge in the antifreeze container?
Loud squeeking
grinding scratchy noise when I accelerate or in idle.
engine moves quite a bit...

I sure hope its fixable..
