I don't really know much about cars at all, so I desperately need help. My 99 Dodge Neon runs fine but randomly won't start. Sometimes it starts right up, but sometimes it just won't start, it will try to turn over but won't start. It will always eventually start but sometimes it takes a lot of sitting and waiting and trying over and over again.
99 Dodge Neon has troubles starting!?
