99 Dodge Neon Cylinder head?

I am planning on trading an old thunderbird of mine that no longer runs to my uncle for his 99 Dodge neon, but it has a cracked cylinder head. I want to replace it, but i don't know where i could get the part from and don't want to go to the junkyard for it. Any ideas where i could buy a cylinder head at? Thanks
