99 Dodge Durango won't start?

Truck won't start, change relays around for fuel pump. Pump runs then stops. When hitting fuel tank, pump will begin to run and stays running until the truck hits a bump and it will then shut off. Could she have a short in the fuel pump? It has also been raining for 2 weeks if moisture could cause this.
 
check connections and ground wires on top of the fuel tank, if they look good than maybe something came lose inside the fuel tank
