99 dodge durango just wont get hot and stay hot especialy if fan is blowing ?

well if its really cold try a flap off a box and stick in front of radiator like big truck do with a cover keeps some of the cold air from cooling wil lmake one get hotter just try a foot long strip off a box dont cover but a 1/4 of radiator i bet that wil help just watch the temp and dont let it over heat i alway just use a short side of a box to cover a part of mine been doing that for years
 
that could be a blend door not opening up on it or the heater core is clogged up,check to see if the heater core hoses a are getting hot both top and bottom hoses and then if the are you more than likely have a blend door that's not opening to allow the heat to enter the inside of the vehicle,good luck.
