99 dodge durango- Heat just wont get hot and stay hot particularly if fan is blowing?

i have already changed the t-stat with no change in heat. Anti-freeze appears to be fine also
 
you probably need to replace the thermostat,those are supposed to be replaced every two years good or bad,so id try replacing that and make sure when you do that you get all the air out of the system,other wise you still wont have good heat,good luck
