ok i have a 99 chevy silverado with a 5.3L v8. when the engine is cold, it has trouble accelerating, it seems to miss out. it idles smoothly, starts fine. after the truck has warmed up, i can accelerate with no problems. i also noticed that occasionaly my rpms will rise by about 200 rpms when cruising. for example if i am going 60 mph and my rpms are 1500 they might rise to 1700 or 1800 for a while. i had the codes pulled and the only one was for a random misfire. i have replaced all coils, wires, plugs, O2 sensors and am about to change the crank position sensor. any help would be greatly appreciated
