I slammed on my brakes a while back trying not to hit something and it drained out all of the fluid. I replaced the fluid and they seemed to work okay for a little while but now they're not working again and it's to the point where my car won't stop at all. It will slow down to a point but won't even try to stop.

They are drum brakes if that helps any.

Slamming on the brakes won't drain the fluid. No way, No how.

You have leaking wheel cylinders in the rear, and that has caused air to enter the hydraulic system. The rear shoes are probably also saturated with fluid at this point.

Please TOW it to a shop and have it repaired. You may be behind me sometime.

Is their any brake pressure while apply the brakes, Do they feels spongy?, Sounds to me the wheel cyl's in the drum brakes could be leaking, Also could have a master cyl problem. MY best advice would to be, Have a friend that knows mechanic's, Or take it to the shop to get repairs done. Brakes are not to let go not functioning.

Good Luck.
