99 ACURA 3.0 CL - Check Engine Light constanty on!?

I can't pass insepection and am already overdue by 3 months....PLEASE HELP!
I have had my car for 5 years and it has pretty much mostly always had that light on but once in a while it would go ff and thats when i would get it inspected. Well its not going off at all now and I do have the money for all the diagnostics and such....I am begging for any help or suggestions!!!!

if the light stays on all the time its a hard code that will need to be fixed first it may just be a 02 censor carry it to a auto zone they will check the code for free and tell you what you need
