Wont star battery is fine on my charger says 13 volts, I replaced the spark plugs because they were a bit black thinking maybe I flooded it,I dont know what the piece is where my left leg goes under the seat but do you think it broke or blew so it wouldnt ruin my starter? Any solutions?
