1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with gtx upgrades, im wondering about how much hp and torque it has and as far as 0 to 60, and top speed limiter
this Pontiac also includes thousands in SLP performance upgrades, a custom graphics package, and all the luxurious and high-performance fare found in the GTP,Making this one even more special are its host of SLP GTX modifications, including a functional Ram Air hood and dual-dual exhaust tips which add horsepower and looks
 
I did a little research out of curiosity..evidently the SLP package (power wise) consisted of an improved induction system (the ram air feature you mentioned) that netted the car about 10hp. Looks like there were numerous styling modifications and some suspension as well but as far as straight line performance, its really not all that much faster than a stock GTP. Stock 98 GTP's are, to my knowledge, high 14 second cars int he quarter mile. this would probably equate to about a 6.2-6.5 0-60 time.
