98 Lincoln Mark vlll GEM Module?

I have a 98 Lincoln Mark vlll that has electrical problems. The battery is being drained everyday by the gem module? I took it to ford to fix the problem, but they couldn't and they did not have the part. Does anyone know where this module is located on the car and where can I buy one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
