On our 1999 Accord it means that normal scheduled maintence is required, like changing the oil. The easiest way to tell is to look at the mileage to get a clue. The scheduled maintence in the owner'sanual should tell what is due.
There is another way, drive to your nearest Auto Zone and they will read the cars computer and give you a printout. The printout will tell the possible problems associated with the trouble code.
