my 98 dodge ram 5.9 quad cab truck makes this vacum like noise when its warming up for the first time and after i turn it on for the second time, when the vacume like sound coming from the engine begins it idles down pretty bad and i have to kinda press on the gas so it wonte turn off what could it be? note: i have checked the vacume hoses there ok
