98 Dodge Ram Turbo - Truck missing.?

I have a 1998 24Valve Dodge Ram Diesel that is in need of a turbo. Can anyone give me a rough estimate on costs to replace it? We are taking it into the shop Tuesday but would love to have rough range to soften the blow.
