i dead a compression check on the valves because i lost a lot of power and it was running weird, and cylinders 3 4 and 8 were real low on compression so its either burnt valves or bad rings. and when driving with it on 5 cylinders, the tranny would slip and the spped gauge would jump back and forth really bad. as of now the truck has seemed to regain its power and the tranny and speed gauge has calmed down back to normle. it still slips and jumps every once and a while. is this a good thing?
