98 dodge neo is cross wired hot do you fix that?

its a 4 cylinder. i took the spark plugs out cause i was gonna replace with new ones. and not my car want start. it just spits and pops and things like that.. some guy told me that it was CROSS WIRED. wat dose that mean and how do you fix it?
 
You have installed the plug wires in the wrong locations. You may have to consult with an auto parts store or manual to figure out where these wires belong. The best way to do the job that you just botched, is to do only one wire and one plug at a time. Good Luck!!
